[ The original 1997 cover for Aerosmith's Nine Lives, designed by Stefan Sagmeister, featured a controversial illustration of a cat-headed figure with female breasts (representing Lord Krishna) dancing on a snake demon, derived from an ISKCON devotional painting. Due to protests from the Hindu community regarding the imagery, the artwork was quickly replaced on subsequent pressings with a tamer image of a cat-headed figure strapped to a knife-thrower's wheel. ]
